Complaints ProcedureIf you are not entirely satisfied with our service we would want to know and would be very grateful if you would let us know.The complaints can be brought to the attention of the Matron or with Domiciliary Care to the attention of your Care Manager. You may wish to ask a friend or relative to help you with your complaint but if you do not have anyone to help you we will help you to find an independent organization to act as advocate for you. We will handle your complaint in a kind a sympathetic manner and acknowledge receipt of the complaint within one week. It may take a little time to consider it fully but we will let you know how we hope to resolve the situation within 4 weeks.
