Staff We provide a caring team with access to other professionals if required.At Applegarth we offer 24 hour nurse led care. Our patients are under the direct supervision of the RGN team who are trained to the highest level to plan and evaluate plan, evaluate and deliver individualised care.Our staff are caring, sensitive and compassionate. The dedicated nursing team have developed specialist skills in caring for patients with complex needs including those with neurological injury or illness. Our nurses undergo continuing professional development and training with other health professionals to ensure that they have the skills and expertise to enable them to care for people with complex health problems. Many of our nurses have extended their role as a registered nurse to enable them to carry out such procedures as phlebotomy and tracheostomy care. Our team includes registered nurses, general and learning disabilities etc to ensure that our patients develop their full potential.
