 Continuing Complex Care Unit
This unit has been developed to provide care for those with varying medical conditions including:
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Motor Neurone Disease
- Parkinson’s
- Palliative Care
- Terminal Care
- Continuing Health Care
We assist with rehabilitation and re-enablement of patients using our on site facilities. We offer crisis, day, short or long-term care in accommodation of exceptional standard
We provide necessary medical equipment to meet our patients’ needs
The unit specializes in meeting the needs of adults with complex health conditions medium or high nursing dependency needs.
Care is provided as an individually tailored support package which recognizes the person as an individual with unique needs. The concept of Person Centred Care is one that we strongly and passionately believe in. It places each individual and those close to them at the centre of needs assessment which aims to identify real choices in delivery of needs led services.
We aim to support each person to achieve their personal goals, maximize independence and improve their quality of life.
