OTHER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTIONWe work closely with your GP and / or Consultant and members of community based healthcare teams to ensure that you receive the necessary specialist support you may need.The support for the service includes input from specialists such as the community acquired brain injury team, occupational therapist speech and language therapist, physiotherapist, etc. who visit when required. We have close links with our NHS partners who often contribute to provision of specialist training to enhance our staff team skills to ensure we meet each patients needs safely. All of our patients are registered locally with a General Practitioner and are able to access community resources such as dentists, opticians and chiropodists. All the complex facilities are available to you. |
